Employees attend the two-day workshop to learn how to turn up the dial of the current product offerings
Dubai, UAE; February 09 2020: Seera Group, the Middle East region’s leading provider of travel and tourism services, is further strengthening its suite of consumer products by integrating technological advances that will enhance the customer experience.
As part of ongoing initiatives to drive the use of technology to enhance its product and service offering, the Group organised a workshop on ‘How to Create Products Customers Love’. Christian Idiodi, a partner at Silicon Valley Product Group, led the two-day session, which was attended by 70 leaders from across Seera’s various business units.
The workshop also reflects the commitment of Seera Group to sharpen the tech-skills of its employees. Designed to challenge the organisation and provide applicable skills and techniques to product and UX managers, lead engineers and data leads, the workshop offered participants the opportunity to learn about innovative practices from the world’s best technology product teams.
Typically, the Silicon Valley Product Group workshops are held in San Francisco, New York, and London. The workshop by Seera is one of the first such events to be held in the region.

The workshop is a representation of Silicon Valley Product Group’s founder, Marty Cagan’s book titled ‘Inspired: How To Create Products Customers Love.’ The book serves as a master class on how to discover and deliver technology products that your customers will love. Before founding the Silicon Valley Product Group, Marty was the senior vice-president of product management and design for eBay, where he was responsible for defining products and services for the company’s global e-commerce trading site.
