Engineer Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Khalil

Chairman of the Board

Engineer Mohammad has extensive experience in the fields of investment, real estate, travel, tourism, petrochemicals, and the industrial sector. He has held several positions as chairman and board member of various companies in tourism, travel, petrochemicals, real estate, and industries. He obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration with honors from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. 

In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board of Seera Holding Group, Alujain Corporation, Building Development, Cementra for Cement, and VAD for Investment and Development. This is due to his excellent resume and valuable experience.

Ahmed Samer Bin Mohammed Hamdi Al-Zaim

Vice Chairman of the Board

Ahmed Samer has been a member of several committees in the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi Chambers Council. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from New York State University in the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Lebanese American University in Lebanon. In addition to his board membership at Seera Group, he is a board member of Takaful Al Rajhi Company, Riyadh Cable Group, the Modern Saudi Company for Cable Industry, Riyadh Cables, the International Gulf Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company, and its subsidiaries. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Modern Saudi Company for Metals, Cables, Plastics, the Modern Saudi Company for Telephone Cables Manufacturing, and Enara Ltd.

Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Dawood

Board Member and Managing Director

Abdullah currently holds the position of Managing Director at Qiddiya Investment Company and serves as the Chairman of the Board for Saudi Entertainment Ventures, which is fully owned by the Public Investment Fund, as well as the Chairman of Al-Ra’eda Finance. Abdullah has a wealth of experience in investment banking, during which he held several executive positions including Vice President of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Academically, Abdullah earned a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both with honors from Georgetown University, USA. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with first-class honors from King Saud University.

Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Rashed

Board Member

Ibrahim has worked as a Regional Manager at Colliers International – Saudi Operations and was one of its founders. He boasts over 24 years of extensive experience in various fields. He served as a Senior Official in the Audit Department at Ernst & Young in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and also as a local supervisor and auditor in the same company. Ibrahim earned a Diploma in Real Estate Development from Harvard University and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management and Accounting from the Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas, USA. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.

Ibrahim holds multiple board memberships, including Saudi Entertainment Ventures "Seven", Al-Ra’eda Finance, Almosafer, and Lumi.

Abdulaziz bin Saleh AlRebdi

Board Member

Abdulaziz is currently the Chairman and founder of Abdulaziz Saleh Al-Rabdi Office for Non-Securities Financial Consulting. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Tartib Al Hadath Company for Arranging & Managing Exhibitions. Additionally, he is the Chairman of the Board of the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) and Naseej for Telecommunications and Information Technology. Abdulaziz earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Previously, Abdulaziz was the General Manager at Lazurdi Industrial Investment Group and the Managing Director at the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC).

Eid bin Falih AlShamri

Board Member

Eid Falah Al-Shammari has extensive practical experience spanning 35 years in banking, investment, and management. He has served as the CEO of Ithraa Financial Company, the CEO of a developmental company for real estate and tourism investment and development, the Deputy General Manager at Al Saif Investment Company, and as the CEO of Eid Al-Shammari Office for Financial and Administrative Consulting.

Academically, Eid obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and he earned a fellowship from the American Board of Certified Public Accountants in Colorado, USA.

In addition to his board membership at Seera, Eid currently holds board positions at Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company and Al-Drees Petroleum and Transport Services Company. He is also a member of the Audit Committee at Almarai Company, the Sports Boulevard Foundation, and the King Salman Park Foundation.

Hamza Osman Khushaim

Board Member

Hamza has 17 years of experience in the investment sector. He previously held the position of Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager at Saudi Aramco’s Investment Management, and has also served as Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager at the endowment of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, in addition to being the Head of International Markets at Hassana Investment Company.

Currently, Hamza holds the position of Head of Strategy Management at Hassana Investment Company and is a board member at Al Rajhi Bank. Academically, he earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Michigan, USA. He also holds a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) credential.
