As part of its continued commitment to corporate social responsibility, Al-Tayyar Travel Group has donated SR 1.045 million to install 20 Cochlea implantation apparatus for deaf children in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Mohammad Bin Abdulla Al-Twala, the group’s social responsibility manager, said: "This donation stems from our deep belief in supporting the poor and the sick wherever they are, and we hope that our humble contribution helps alleviate the suffering of those children, and helps them to communicate with the people around them."
The doctor noted that Al-Tayyar Travel is one of the biggest travel and tourism companies in the kingdom and the Middle East, and it has a record of social, charitable, and humanitarian activities, which are included in its social responsibility special committee’s action plan. This committee was formed by the group’s board of directors. It seeks to reinforce the concepts of giving and affiliation to society to ease the hardship of people in need and patients everywhere.
